法马智慧科技（河北雄安）有限公司是扬州市法马智能设备有限公司的全资子公司，母公司成立于2005年，深耕智慧交通领域近二十年，已发展成为集研发、生产、销售、服务于一体的智慧交通整体解决方案供应商。公司聚焦智慧信控、智慧交安、智慧照明三大核心领域，业务覆盖全国33个省市自治区及全球150多个国家，是国内首个信号灯年度出货量突破8万套的厂商，2020-2024年LED交通信号灯产品连续五年市场占有率全国第一，信号灯出货量稳居行业首位。

Fama Smart Technology (Hebei Xiong'an) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yangzhou Fama Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. The parent company, established in 2005, has been deeply involved in the field of smart transportation for nearly two decades and has developed into a comprehensive smart transportation solution provider integrating research and development, production, sales, and service. The company focuses on three core areas: smart traffic control, smart traffic safety, and smart lighting. Its business covers 33 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China as well as more than 150 countries worldwide. It is the first manufacturer in China to achieve annual shipments of over 80,000 traffic signal lights. From 2020 to 2024, its LED traffic signal light products consistently ranked first in market share nationwide for five consecutive years, and its shipments of traffic signal lights remained at the top of the industry.

In September 2023, Fama established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Xiong'an New Area, deeply participating in the construction of the smart city in the new area.
